Order against Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal and others in the matter of Peacock Industries Limited

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 31, 2009 in the matter of M/s. Peacock Industries Ltd. restraining Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal, M/s. Goyal Investments, M/s. Goyal Brothers and M/s. Goyal Securities from accessing the securities market and prohibited them from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
