Order in the matter of M/s Prime Capital Market Ltd.

Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 14, 2009, disposing of the proceedings under Section 11B of the SEBI Act against the entities in the matter of M/s Prime Capital Market Ltd. 
 
The order restrains M/s Bhuwania Vinimay Private Limited, M/s Zenser Merchandise Private Limited, M/s Jain Stock & Shares Brokers Limited, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Kothari, Mr. Dhruva Narayan Jha, Mr. Sarbeswar Parida and Mr. Sushil Kumar Purohit from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or dealing otherwise in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner, for a period of three months.
 
Trading in the shares of Prime Capital Market Ltd. was suspended vide SEBI orders dated September 29, 2005 and January 12, 2006. The direction imposed on the company ceased to remain in force from April 23, 2007. Considering the above, no further direction has been ordered on M/s Prime Capital Market Ltd. However, its directors namely Mr. Sibu Pd. Singh, Mr Vimal Joshi have been warned and further advised to be cautious and careful while dealing in the securities market in future. As Mr. Dhruva Narayan Jha, also a director of M/s Prime Capital Market Limited has been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing otherwise in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner, for a period of three months, as stated above, no separate direction has been passed against him in his capacity as a director of M/s Prime Capital Market Limited.
