Confirmatory order against M/s. Sunchan Securities Ltd. and others
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on October 26, 2009 to confirm the directions issued in the ex-parte ad interim order dated January 30, 2009 against M/s. Sunchan Securities Ltd., its directors Mr. Sunil B. Mansinghani, Ms. Kanchan Mansinghani and its compliance officer Mr. Riyaz Ismail Shaikh. The ad interim order directed them inter alia not to buy, sell or deal in securities directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever, either for themselves or for their clients. Further, the directions issued vide aforesaid SEBI interim order against Mr. Ajay Janardan Kotwal, have been revoked with immediate effect.
