Consent Order in the matter of Cochin Malabar Estate and Industries Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M. Abraham has passed consent order dated October 28, 2009 on the application submitted by Shri Jimmy Gadzar in the matter of Cochin Malabar Estate and Industries Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees five lakh fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant has also undertaken not to buy sell or otherwise deal in securities in any manner whatsoever for a period of one year. Accordingly, the applicant shall not buy, sell or deal in securities market in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly for a period of one year from October 31, 2009.
