Consent Order on the applications submitted by M/s. Enpee Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Nedungadi Bank Ltd. and M/s. Zigma Software Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M. Abraham, has passed a consent order dated October 01, 2009, on the applications submitted by M/s. Enpee Enterprise Pvt. Ltd., in the matter of/span>M/s. Nedungadi Bank Ltd and M/s. Zigma Software Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakh twenty five thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant shall not buy, sell or deal in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of 10 months and 23 days from October 06, 2009.
