Order in the matter of Universal Media Network Ltd.

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 01, 2009, against Universal Media Network Ltd., Mr. Siddhartha Srivastava, Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra, Mr. Manish Pardiwala, Mr. Paresh Shantilal Shah, Mr. P. R. Parasuram, Galaxy Television Limited, MBS Investments & Trading Private Limited, and SGP Investments Private Limited, in the matter of Universal Media Network Limited, restraining them from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a period of two years.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
