Consent order on the application submitted by Amar M. Shah in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham, has passed consent order dated September 15, 2009, on an application submitted by Amar M. Shah in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the NSE, in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakh only) towards consent terms in the matter.
