Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 11, 2009 warning M/s. Ashok Kumar K. Damani, Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, for the deviations observed from the provisions of the circulars that regulate functions of a stock broker as a registered intermediary of SEBI and also directed to strictly abide by laws, rules and regulations that govern dealings in the securities market.
