Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 11, 2009, in respect of Temptation Foods Limited and its Managing Director, Mr. Vinit Kumar in the matter of Kohinoor Foods Limited disposing of the proceedings initiated under Section 11D of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, against Temptation Foods Limited and its MD, Mr. Vinit Kumar, without any further directions. However, they are advised not to report or publish information regarding their shareholding without strictly adhering to the provisions of law which govern the method and manner of creation of a pledge in the depository system.
