Order against Shri Vijay Singh Bhandari in the matter of Axel Polymers Ltd.
Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated August 31, 2009, against Shri Vijay Singh Bhandari in the matter of Axel Polymers Ltd. Shri Vijay Singh Bhandari has been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling and otherwise dealing in securities market, either directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
