Order against M/s. Basant Kumar Chirimar, Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 12, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Basant Kumar Chirimar, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of one month in respect of his dealings in the shares of Sharadraj Trade Finance Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
