Consent order on the application submitted by Shri Sanjay Jhabak in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham has passed consent order dated August 14, 2009, on the application submitted by Shri Sanjay Jhabak in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted Rs.80,53,542/- (Rupees eighty lakh fifty three thousand five hundred forty two only) comprising of Rs.53,69,028/- (Rupees fifty three lakh sixty nine thousand twenty eight only) being disgorgement of unjust profits made and Rs.26,84,514/- (Rupees twenty six lakh eighty four thousand five hundred fourteen only) being 50% of the unjust profits towards settlement charges.
