Order against M/s. M. Prasad & Co., Member, CSE

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 28, 2009 disposing of the proceedings initiated against M/s. M. Prasad & Co., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE), without any penalty, in view of the demise of Mr. Mahavir Prasad Bubna, proprietor of M/s. M. Prasad & Co. in respect of its dealings in the shares of Grob Tea Ltd.
