Order against M/s. Ballabh Dass Daga, Member, CSE

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 28, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Ballabh Dass Daga, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE), for a period of three months in respect of dealings in the shares of Bacchhat Investment & Finance Ltd.
 
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
