Order against M/s. Stocknet International Ltd., Mr. Saumil Patel and
Mr. Ashutosh Bajpaye in the matter of Stocknet International Ltd.
Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 27, 2009, in the matter of Stocknet International Ltd. restraining Stocknet International Ltd., Mr. Saumil Patel and Mr. Ashutosh Bajpaye from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling and otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.
The order had come into force with immediate effect.
