By this order, the enquiry proceeding against M/s. Rashmi Gem Stocks and Shares Pvt. Ltd. has been disposed of advising the entity to strictly adhere to the Regulations and Circulars that regulate its function in the securities market as a registered intermediary of the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
