Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide order dated May 29, 2009, has warned and directed M/s. Indiabulls Securities Limited, Member, BSE & NSE and Depository Participant of NSDL & CDSL, to strictly abide by laws, rules and regulations that govern dealings in the securities market and accordingly, the enquiry proceedings against the entity has been disposed of.
