Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated May 29, 2009, in the matter of Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd., cancelling the certificate of registration of the sub broker M/s. Hacienda Investments Pvt. Ltd., with SEBI Registration No. INS010672033 and Permanent Account Number AAACH1090A.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
