Consent Order on an application submitted by M/s. S.L. Gupta & Co.,

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S.Sahoo and Dr. K.M.Abraham has passed consent order dated May 19, 2009 on an application submitted by M/s. S.L. Gupta & Co., a Member of the Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE) in the matter of M/s. Skyweb Infotech Limited and M/s. Sunshine Capital Limited in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards settlement charges. The applicant has also undertaken to voluntarily refrain from undertaking the activities as broker of Delhi Stock Exchange and also as sub-broker of DSE Financial Services Ltd. for a period of four months.
