Consent Order on the application submitted by Kuber Finstock Private Limited in the matter of Axel Polymers Limited

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M. Abraham has passed a consent order dated April 28, 2009 on an application submitted by Kuber Finstock Private Limited and others in the matter of Axel Polymers Limited, in accordance with SEBI circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakh twenty five thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
