Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Kuvam International Fashions Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K M Abraham, and has passed a consent order dated May 11, 2009 on the application submitted by M/s. Kuvam International Fashions Limited for non compliance of Regulation 6(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, for the years 1998-2008. The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.3,25,000/-(Rupees three lakh twenty five thousand only) towards settlement charges, in the matter.
