Order against M/s. Khushal Securities P. Ltd. in the matter of Karishma Floriculture Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 20, 2009, in the matter of Karishma Floriculture Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Khushal Securities P. Ltd., Member, Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of three weeks.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
