Order against M/s. G. R. Industries & Finance Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 22, 2009 restraining M/s. G.R. Industries and Finance Limited (listed at Calcutta Stock Exchange) from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner and in any capacity for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
