Order against Mr. Mukesh Vora and Mrs.Preeti Vora in the matter of
JIK Industries Limited
Dr. K.M Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 22, 2009, in the matter of JIK Industries Limited restraining Mr. Mukesh Vora and Mrs. Preeti Vora from accessing the securities market and also prohibited them from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner and in any capacity for a period of one month.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
