Order against Mr. Dilip S. Pendse, Mrs. Anuradha S. Pendse and Nalini Properties Private Limited in the matter of Tata Finance Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 31, 2009, in the matter of Tata Finance Limited, restraining Mr. Dilip S. Pendse, Mrs. Anuradha S. Pendse and Nalini Properties Private Limited from accessing the securities market for a period of five years. They are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner and in any capacity whatsoever for a period of five years.
