Certificate of registration of M/s. Newage Shares & Stock Brokers Private Limited, suspended
Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 16, 2009 in the matter of Datapro Information Technology Limited suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Newage Shares & Stock Brokers Private Limited, Member, OTC Exchange of India, for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
