Order against Sungrow Datasoft Pvt. Ltd. and its directors

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 05, 2009 against Sungrow Datasoft Pvt. Ltd. and its directors namely Mr. V.M. Jindal, Mr. Rajesh Gupta and Mr. K.K. Agarwal in the matter of Bharthari Financial Services Ltd. 
 
In accordance with said order, Sungrow Datasoft Pvt. Ltd. and its directors namely Mr. V.M. Jindal, Mr. Rajesh Gupta are directed to be cautious and careful in future while dealing in the securities market. The show cause notice of SEBI issued to Mr. K.K. Agarwal is disposed of without any directions.
