Order in the matter of Nissan Copper Limited
Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 20, 2009 in the matter of Nissan Copper Limited revoking the earlier directions issued vide order dated January 17, 2007, against Religare Securities Limited, Dimensional Securities Pvt. Limited and Matrix Equitrade Pvt. Limited with immediate effect. It may be mentioned that SEBI vide Order dated January 17, 2007, had directed the above stated entities not to buy, sell or deal directly or indirectly in the shares of Nissan Copper Limited.
