Order against M/s. Triumph International Finance India Ltd.
in the matter of M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 13, 2009, in the matter of M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd. restraining M/s. Triumph International Finance Ltd., from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years. It has also been directed that the period of debarment shall be set-off against the period of debarment already undergone by M/s Triumph International Finance Ltd. vide SEBI Order dated November 12, 2007.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
