Order against M/s. Ravi Vishnu Securities Ltd. in the matter of
Alfavision Overseas (India) Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 14, 2009, in the matter of Alfavision Overseas (India) Ltd., suspending M/s. Ravi Vishnu Securities Ltd., Member of Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange and sub broker of MPSE Securities Ltd., for a period of 18 months.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
