Order against Shri Mahendra A. Shah
in the matter of M/s. Sawaca Communications Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 13, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Sawaca Communications Ltd. directing that Shri Mahendra A. Shah be prohibited from associating with any corporate body from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly for a period of three years.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
