Order against M/s. Equisearch Broking Pvt Ltd., Member, BSE
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 09, 2009, in the matter of M/s Ojas Technochem Products Limited censuring M/s. Equisearch Broking Pvt Ltd., member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, SEBI Registration No. INB 010992338, to the effect that the broker should be careful in future and exercise due skill, care and diligence in the conduct of its affairs as a capital market intermediary. M/s Equisearch Broking Pvt Ltd. has also been directed to note that any instances of violation or non-compliance of the SEBI Act and Rules and Regulations in future shall be dealt with stringently.
