in the matter of M/s. Soundcraft Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 09, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Soundcraft Industries Ltd. directing that M/s Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd. (PAN: AABCD2387H) be debarred from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.
The order shall come into effect immediately.
