Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 12, 2009, in the matter of Ashoka Refineries Ltd. directing,Shri S K Chadha, Managing Director of M/s. KMF Ltd., shall not operate in the capital market as an intermediary or as a whole time director or partner in an intermediary for a period of six months from the date of passing of the order.
