Order against Shri Suresh Bafna in the matter of Mazda Fabrics and Processors Limited
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 13, 2009 in the matter of Mazda Fabrics and Processors Limited restraining Shri Suresh Bafna from accessing the securities market, or buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly for a period of two years.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
