Order against M/s. Mividha Investments Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of
Aftek Infosys Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 14, 2009, in the matter of Aftek Infosys Ltd. directing M/s. Mividha Investments Pvt. Ltd. not to buy, sell or deal in securities, in any manner, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
