Order against Sree Ganesh Enterprises, Sub-Broker, in the matter of
Alang Industrial Gases Limited
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order datedJanuary 09, 2009 in the matter of Alang Industrial Gases Limited suspending the certificate of registration of Sree Ganesh Enterprises, a sub-broker having SEBI Registration No. INS011122327 for a period of one month.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
