Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed order dated January 09, 2009, in the matter of Vatsa Music Ltd. restraining 1) Prabhat & Co. 2) Shri Ashok Agarwal 3) Shri Sandeep Bansal 4) Shri Sanjeev Bansal 5) New Age Shares and Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. 6) Big Star Films Ltd. and 7) Systel Infotech Ltd. from being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever and from buying, selling and dealing in securities for a period of two years each.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
