Shri M.S.Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 06, 2009, in the matter of GCCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Active Finstock Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., having SEBI Registration No. INB 0108493331, for one day.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
