Order against M/s. M.R.Share Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, BSE,
in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. M.R.Share Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. having SEBI Registration No. INB 011076834 for a period of one month.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
