Order against M/s. Gini Enterprises, Sub Broker, Affiliated to
Park Light Investment Pvt. Ltd., Member, BSE, in the matter of
Soundcraft Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of Gini Enterprises, Sub Broker, Affiliated to Park Light Investment Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. having SEBI Registration No. INS 010738214/01-10378 for a period of three months.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
