Order against M/s. Kolar Sharex Pvt. Ltd., Member, BSE, in the matter of
Soundcraft Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Kolar Sharex Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. having SEBI Registration No. INB011105138 for a period of six months.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
