Order against Shri Rajkumar C. Basantani, Panna Agrofine Pvt. Ltd., 

Jaitra Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Born Free Finance Pvt. Ltd. 

in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd.

Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd. debarring Shri Rajkumar C. Basantani from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of five years; and debarring Panna Agrofine Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: AAACP6160H), Jaitra Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: AAACJ2532P) and Born Free Finance Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: AABCB5127B) from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of six months. 
 
The order shall come into effect immediately.
