in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. R.K. Global Shares & Securities Ltd., Member, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. having SEBI Registration No. INB 0230825035 for a period of one month.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
