Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Hardcastle & Waud
Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M.S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated December 10, 2008, on the consent application submitted by M/s. Hardcastle & Waud Manufacturing Co. Ltd. for failure to comply with Regulation 6(2) and 6(4) for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) for the year 1999 of SEBI (Substantial acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 1997. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
