Consent order in the matter of M/s. Winsome International Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated December 10, 2008 on the application submitted by M/s. Winsome International Limited for delay in compliance of Regulation 6(2) and 6(4) for the year 1997, Regulation 7(3) for the year 2004 and Regulation 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations for the years 1998 to 2006. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) towards settlement charges, in the matter.
