Consent Order against Shri R. D. Lahoti, sub-broker affiliated to
HSE Securities Ltd., Member, NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo has passed a consent order dated November 28, 2008 on the application submitted by Shri R. D. Lahoti, in the matter of enquiry proceedings pending before SEBI against him for the violations observed during inspection of his books of accounts and other records for the period April 01, 2001 to May 23, 2003, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent order. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
