Consent Order against Shri Sharad Chhotabhai Patel in the matter of M/s. Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed consent order dated November 28, 2008 on an application submitted by Shri Sharad Chhotabhai Patel, in the matter of M/s. Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees one lakh and twenty five thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. It is also ordered that the applicant shall not buy, sell or deal in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of 18 months from the date of the consent order.
