(SEBI Registration No. INB231140337), Member, National Stock Exchange of India Limited. By this order M/s. ICAP India Private Limited is warned to be more cautious in the conduct of its business and to adhere to and comply with all statutory provisions/instructions received in the discharge of its function as a stock broker.
