Consent Order on the applications submitted by Taurus Mutual Fund in the matter of DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated November 28, 2008, on an application submitted by Taurus Mutual Fund in the matter of DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
